As a person with profound hearing loss, after expressing my communication needs, everyone helped work with me to clearly, respectfully, and professionally provide accessible customer service. Not a small thing, in this fast-paced, fit-our-way-of-doing-things world. They are totally and completely service champions. And, I was offered my ride the evening before my scheduled pick up, at no extra charge! Plus, to top everything off, I am going to be driven home. WOW!
