East York Gymnastics Club

This is a huge gym with lots of class times and options for all ages as well as for rec and competitive programs.

Parents observe classes from a viewing area so kids need to have a certain level of independence to attend classes on their own here.

There is lots of parking if you arrive a bit before class times start/end otherwise the parking lot can get busy.

The gym itself is not easy to find, google map it and give yourself some extra time to find it on your first day.

Very nice Staff. Facility isn’t the best but the great staff make up for the buildings minor flaws.

My 3 year old son absolutely LOVES it here. I was very nervous placing him in gymnastics as he does require some extra attention. Lia and Arthur have gone above and beyond to ensure he feels included and enjoys himself. If anyone is looking to enroll their young children Lia is an exceptional instructor. Arthur is tremendous at ensuring the gym is an inclusive environment for all children at every stage.Thank you for everything that you two do for us!!

My 6 y.o. son has been going for a couple of years for Acrobatics and Gymnastics. He loves it and loves his instructors. This gym has competitive teams which I assume means a better quality and safe instruction. (I have zero background or knowledge of gymnastics myself). They don't have a great (or any? I am not sure) "try the class" process - they are super busy on weekend mornings when my son goes so maybe that's why they don't have it since it looks like they have plenty of business. There is no refund or credit if you cannot make a class. It can be a zoo and a mess in the shoe area f it snows. Overall not cheap classes (there's also an annual $35 fee) but it is quality gymnastics.

We take our 18 month old boy to this place every Thursday and I can’t speak highly enough of EYGC. Coach Lisa is the absolute best, the facility is incredible and our little guy just has an awesome time there every class. Now he’s jumping all over our house, climbing out furniture and practicing his handstands!! Wait, is that a good thing? Hahaha. Love you guys. Keep up the great work.
