F45 Training Leaside

Love the instructors, atmosphere and the community. I joined in January and have been going 6 days a week since then. Love how the workouts change daily and you're in and out in 45 minutes.

Love Kevin and his team! And I love the atmosphere. Everyone that works out here is incredibly friendly!

Thoroughly enjoy F45 classes!!

They are very structured, organized in each class, with the instructions from the awesome trainers to the screens that demonstrate it as well.
The functional workouts are doable by all levels of fitness and they are productive, challenging, heart-pumping 45 min workouts!
Kevin & his team @ Leaside are awesome, very motivating and encouraging and ready to correct form or suggest modifications!

Awesome 1st experience and F45 Leaside, Kevin and his team really helped me to feel comfortable as I have not done this type of training before. They were encouraging and the other participants were also very supportive and encouraging... it felt like a family! Already signed up for the Hollywood class for the next day! ????

Incredible community atmosphere and training experience. Kevin and his team will push you to your limits, while accommodating for all fitness levels. The team encourages and coaches every member giving balanced attention to everyone. Highly recommended! And yes, it’s tough as you imagined!
