We have used him a couple of times at different locations for a variety of issues (mice, racoons, wasps). He's always taken the time to explain the issues, show us what to look for and he has followed up by coming out to the house.

Peter knew exactly what to do to capture a squirrel that found its way into our loft. His solution (after sorting out an issue with the trap) was fast and effective. I recommend him highly.

We had a starling stuck in the exhaust vent of the washroom. I was very upset that the bird had got stuck and died in my house.
Peter immediately put me to ease and removed the bird quickly and efficiently. He then went around the house to locate the entry location and found the main entry and a secondary entryway. He already had the tools required to close these up and did it right away. He gave a 1 year warranty on his work.

I've had a recurring problem...and it seemed to be getting worse.

At first it was the little guys once or twice a year... so I hired a company that placed traps ... then they started getting a bit bigger ...so I hired another company that placed poison and traps...then this morning we found a larger one making his way up the stairs .... so this time I looked locally and I am so fortunate to have found ProPest.

Peter was already in the neighborhood so was able to get here right away. He had an understanding of the neighborhood homes and used it to quickly follow the clues to find the main and soon to be secondary points of entry. Peter explained the situation and recommended a two stage plan of action to not only remove any unwanted house-guests today and but to also keep them removed.
