I used the services and i'm very happy with the way they treat customers and provide professional alteration,custom made tailoring and dry cleaning services.i will visit again and recommend others to try their services.

Very satisfied with their service. I gave them a shirt and a suit for size change, and received surprisingly excellent service. The manager lady who is also their tailor apparently, was very polite, patient, and extremely accurate. She even patiently explained why and how some changes were needed or not. Clearly cares about her profession! The result was also excellent, on time and at a fair cost! I'm glad I found them and I do recommend them!

I went in on a Wednesday for a zipper replacement and patch. They said it would be done Saturday but when I went in they hadn't finished. They said they would call me when it was done. I heard nothing and finally went in two weeks later to pick up my items. Friendly service but really poor communication.

The patchwork is mediocre and their choice of zipper was inappropriate for the article of clothing (jacket style zipper for a fly). I wouldn't recommend them for repair work.
