Most times, if your experience is like mine, it might be days or weeks or never. But Toronto Honda Parts got back to me within 1 hour with an answer on something as small as a code to unlock my radio. Great service. Five stars. Three thumbs up.

Got my headlights changed on an accord by a random garage and during Xmas 17' and they left my radio locked and closed for the holidays! A quick email to these folks with my VIN and I had a prompt response on my radio code!!!
