High efficiency combination boiler required additional setup with the radiators and A-Plus staff like Shams and Aziz know their stuff...glad to have that skill level available going forward

Service men arrived on time and were very diligent about protecting my home while working.This was very much appreciated. They put down tarps all the way to my furnace room.
They worked all day into the evening and installed my new furnace and air conditioner in one visit. Jeg and Farid (I think I got their names right) did a great job. Thank you very much!

We did a full upgrade in our home consisting of a high efficiency furnace, tankless water heater, air conditioning unit and a ductless system for one bedroom upstairs. Jagdeep Singh was the gas technician on the job. Day one 3 gentlemen arrived and commenced laying down tarps to protect my floors and carpets. The guys worked quickly and efficiently and kept us informed at every step ( water to be shut off, gas to be shut off etc). By end of day one furnace and water heater were done and a portion of the central air unit. Day 2 only 2 guys arrived to finish up. They worked well past 7:30pm while the rain came down. When my husband had a list of items to go over with them they addressed all questions. A plus will now be the company we use for maintenance now and in the future.

The technician who was assigned to do my installation was simply “Superb “ . My decision to go with A One was based on the Coil that they said they would install , there was a hiccup with the measurements, but the Technician went above and beyond to keep his company’s promise and did them proud. He was an absolute pro! I would give him 10 out of 5. The admin staff was a little lacking , in response times , but I would say it was because of situation beyond their control, had to do with warranty documentation that they did not receive in a timely manner, but they too take pride in the high quality service that the owner insists upon. Kudos to them .Their sales staff Mr Rashad was awesome to say the least, responding to questions and queries, beyond office times. His dedication to his clients is commendable . I would recommend this company to everyone without the slightest bit of hesitation, their owner values service and reputation above profit, what an awesome guiding force.
