Bake Sale on the Kingsway

Great, cheap, delicious Bakery! I had their peanut butter drops and their chocolate chip double chocolate cookie. Both of these cookies were very cheap and basically great! My only concern would be that the double chocolate chip cookie was incredibly sweet and could only be eaten if you were drinking coffee or something else with it.

Love, love, love, love this place! All 3 locations have outstanding desserts and customer service! Plus you get a free cupcake on your birthday... what more could a girl ask for!?!

Tastes amazing, love that you can pre order online for quick pick ups when you need it. Staff is great.

I usually don't go into these places, but I am sure glad that I did. A really good selection with stuff that I usually find to artsy fartsy, but this stuff was really tasty. I highly recommend.

My first visit was mid-afternoon on a weekday. Staff greeted me promptly when I walked and offered help without being pushy. The selection of about 6-7 desserts, and a couple types of small cookies on the side was varied enough without being overwhelming. I took the staff's recommendation and tried a peanut bar, and added a chocolate chip shortbread. Price was reasonable - the bar was ~ $3-4, the shortbread was $1-2. Their bar were sweet without being cloying. I don't think all their baked goods use butter. The shortbread wasn't my favourite (chocolate too sweet), but the peanut bar was good.
