There is a girl there named Jen she is very nice and also very helpful. I have gone to other stores and they are rude and the "Nope it's all gone" drives me nuts! I can call and they look to make sure it's there for me. You can buy dog food on line, but not Bath and Body works in Canada is insane! Thank you Jen for being so good to me , and this is the ONLY reason , I come back!

The manager in charge this afternoon Alex, couldn't help me at all because I usually gets promo emails from the store and this Morning the headoffice sent the coupon with 25% off and I didn't get it. When I came to the store they told me about the email coupon but unfortunately I didn't receive. I spent more the 10 min on the side of the line searching for the coupon on my spam...the girls were pretty nice and I felt they want to help but the manager didn't gave the permission for. I know they have a code that they can use at the store but the manager didn't let. I am very disappointed this isn't the right way to keep loyal customers.
