(April 20, 2020, 4:41 pm)Very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that they went ahead and did work without asking me or giving me a quote. Yes, the work needed doing but the bill was a big surprise. What if I couldn't pay? I wasn't given the option to approve the work or the cost.
