One of my favorite stores in the mall growing up. Lovely clocks. On the higher end I would say. They have been around a long time and know what they are doing. I should know, because I’ve been going since I was a teen. Unfortunately there are some people that don’t know a quality item if it fell on their head. I’ve actually been witness to some dim wits, complaining, bringing in dollar store quality clocks for repair?!🙄 These are high end quality clocks with special movements. Lately they have not been open anytime I’ve gone. I hope they are not closing. They are probably one of the few original stores left, and they’ve always had quality items originally from Europe. I would hate to see them go.
🏴 Flag as inappropriateBought a Kit Cat Clock from this store which when I took to my home in Calgary, AB and opened found was defective and didn't work. I phoned the store and spoke with the owner - shipped it out and had it fixed and back in Calgary in 3 weeks no questions asked. Great service!
