This place has a great selection of cars, and great customer service too. Easy to get to via public transit.

Before Covid19 outbreak I used to rent a car every week-end. I had the best car rental experience in whole Toronto with this branch. The staff is friendly yet professional. Many times, I got free upgrade.

Had a seamless rental experience - friendly and helpful staff that got me out of a jam when a competitor rental company overbooked December 24 - in spite of a confirmation, no car was available. At this Kipling location - I heard the team calling customers to ensure they were cancelling before giving up the cars that they had booked. Well done and keep this kind of service up. Thank you!

I have rented from this location fairly frequently and always have a pleasant experience. The location is always well staffed and the staff are always courteous, helpful and efficient.

Conveniently located just south of the Gardiner on Kipling. There is a Tim Hortons next door and a Starbucks across the street, to grab a coffee before hitting the road. Gas station directly across the street to fill up prior to retuning the rental.
