The customer service representatives I spoke with were very kind, helpful and understanding people. I just think this company needs to be more upfront about their prices and time frames.

They said the fee would be $70, it ended up being $195. The person showed up 30 minutes after they said they would. I understand this is a niche market, however, I did not appreciate them low balling the price at first or the fact that it took them less then 1 minute to get into the house and they charged that much. Again, I understand the niche market.
