Snapped a suspension part in Scarborough. CAA got this company to respond and a gentleman name “Moe” was our flatbed driver. He was great. Prompt, polite, understanding, funny. In a stressful situation he managed to calm us. My husband rode with him for the 1.5 hour drive home. He said Moe was great. They chatted and joked the whole way. If he is indicative of the normal service provided by Freeway, then it must be exemplary. As much as I hope to never need a tow again, if I do, I would use them again.

Love these people, they are gems. Very competent, accommodating, and excellent service. I'd be devastated if they ever left, I really would,I don't trust anybody else with my car.

They were sent to me through CAA. The driver was Baseer and he was awesome. Was gentle with my car and took extra care to make sure nothing gets damaged underneath as its a low car. He answered all of my questions and put the car exactly where I needed it. Thank you! I hope all tow truck drivers I meet are like you!
