Drive-in to be welcomed and information taken on vehicle, this first impression was better than other dealers. The greeter was friendly and a nice person overall as opposed to other places, give me your keys attitude. Then see your choice of service advisor. First time here in the new building since Lakeshore Honda. Natasha my advisor was great, friendly and helpful.
