Bought a used car from Shawn. I was on a bit of a timeline- he got the deal done quickly, fair price, good quality used car. Nice to work with someone you can trust. Small issue with the car after I left the lot and he had it dealt with right away. I'd be happy to recommend him to a friend.

If you ask me if I would trust a car dealer, I would politely smile. However, I can make an exception for Shawn Hugues. For what was my first car purchase in Canada, I couldn't have wished for better service. I didn't find Shawn online, but by chance, as I was stood up by another used car dealer nearby, and since I was on foot and had some time on my hands, decided to visit the five or six different ones in this area. Shawn was by far the one who inspired the most confidence. He is approachable and there is instant trust with him. His shop is not depressing and filled with junk, like what I have seen elsewhere at other dealerships. On top of all of that, well, he had the car that I wanted! His price was very fair and he was very patient and obliging throughout the process. The car is almost 10 years old but looks and feels like it is half that. And he took care of all the paperwork, fixed the brakes that had to be fixed, offered the option to get a complementary insurance, and delivered the car on time ―with a full tank of gas. I bought the car as much as I bought the car dealer and am glad I did. Highly recommended!

Have taken two cars to Shawn to rust proof and undercoat. His staff do great work and at a price that just can't be beat. Top quality work with no over spray or sloppy application. Easy to do business with Shawn and I'll be back when it is time for me to buy my next vehicle.
