I hired Dave to inspect my roof after a local roofing company did my roof. They did damage to my facia and eavestrough and the look of the shingles from the street looked horrible. He arrived with his son and inspected my roof thoroughly. Within a few days later a professional, detailed report was was sent to me. It showed, with clear photos and descriptions, ever fault he found with the job. Any calls or questions were answered immediately And he took his time to explain his opinions. The roofing company took me to court over payment. I contacted Dave and asked him if we should proceed to trial or settle. He explain in detail why he thought I should not settle and what was wrong with my roof. He finished with “but it’s your choice what you want to do.”. I asked if he would be my witness in court and he said yes he would. On the lead up to trial he kept in contact, sending confirmation emails and of his intent to be at the court ahead of time to discuss the case. Because it was small claims I represented myself. He was prompt and we spent an hour before trial going over the case. He was as invested in my case as I was. He offered multiple questions and help in framing my case. He has a lot of experience in court and was a huge help in running my case. He asked the judge if he could sit with me during the trial and was allowed to do so by the judge. Throughout the trial he help me to frame questions to the others sides witnesses and made notes for rebuttal. His testimony as my witness was impressive. He explained his qualifications, if you have doubts just ask him yourself and gave a very detailed testimony. After testifying he stayed to help me with the rest of my case and even helped frame my closing.
