Tried out another place in the area and did a tuneup and replaced the rear shocks. The vehicle was left for a few hours and I must say it was cleaned and no wires hanging and it looked like the car was given a wash. Not sure due to the heavy rain, but it was clean as I left it prior to the service.
No oily dark smudges found anywhere.
