I came into your store in search of a La-Z-Boy chair suitable for my needs as a senior with some physical limitations. I was immediately comfortable in the atmosphere and surroundings in the store, and was greeted cordially by a sales woman with a pleasant smile who was Marisa Deluca .She was extremely attentive in helping me find the most suitable chair, . She encouraged me to try out several chairs. In no time she could see what kind chair was most suitable for me, according to the size of the chair and how my body fit into each chair I tried out. I finally decided on a chair to my liking with Marisa's assistance. I felt no pressure from her, and was treated with patience, allowing me to take my time in making a final decision. Marisa treated me with professionalism, but at the same time like a friend. I would highly recommend Marisa as a good sales woman who was extremely attentive to my needs. I am looking forward to having my chair delivered, and to see the change in the upholstery fabric I have chosen.. I wish to thank La--Z-Boy and Marisa for her service and for also showing me the large range of chairs La-Z-Boy has to choose from.
