Lady Bug Pest Control

We had new neighbors move in and with them came the plague that is known as cockroaches. Thankfully I had the number for Lady Bug Pest Control that used to spray the offices where I used to work. I called and Helena gave us thorough instructions on how to prep the house before hand and what to expect after the spraying is done. The team came in sprayed the whole house not missing any baseboard area. Haven't seen cockroaches since then and that was 6 years ago. Great team and good quality of work at an affordable price. Definitely recommend them.

This company was employed by my apartment building to spray/apply gel for cockroaches. As my kids have asthma I asked to opt out of this service. One of the technicians, Vlad, assured me that they can do only gel and that it would not interfere with my kids' condition. While I was on the phone, another technician walked in with a pump and started spraying along the hallway walls and in my son's bedroom. At this point I understandably freaked out and asked him to leave. He tried to argue, which was pleasant, but Vlad came back and defused the situation. He cleaned and wiped down all areas where the chemical had been applied. And after that he applied the gel. I'm grateful to Vlad for going above and beyond in his service, for complying with my request and, most importantly, for taking it seriously. Great professional! Thank you!
