Over the weekend I visited Laura Sherway for a new spring outfit. The store displays, fashions and accessories were very nicely done. I was delighted to be served by Rena. Her professional attitude and fashion savvy was exceptional. She excelled at providing me with ample ideas for my fashion taste and accessories to compliment my choice. Rena made my experience a very personal one . She exemplifies the meaning of "customer service" and in my opinion is an strong asset to your firm. I left the store elated with a new outfit and accessories. "Kudos" to Rena for a job well done!

Amazing customer service at this location. I was there for a price adjustment for a recent purchase. I made my purchase a few days over 2 weeks and the item went on sale. The store manager Reena and the cashier were extremely helpful and made sure I leave happy from the store. I will be going to this store more often and will recommend to my friends too.

They have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE here. Rhina helped me pick out a couple of dresses, and gave me the best advice. Tara was also very kind to put a dress on hold for me, for the next day (since it was already evening), knowing that I had just come from there. And the store manager, Reena went out of her way to make sure I was very happy with my purchases. Everyone is so friendly. It’s a real pleasure to shop here.
