I have owned since day 1, every condo in Toronto had its issues ranging from rental units, maintenance and management. I must say the building has had its ups and downs over the years, as all condos do, but I don't regret the purchase. You are NOT going to get the square footage and location in this area for a condo unless it's a new build and their none currently scoped for the site. Plus, you will may more for less.

I have always been into the condo lifestyle, this is probably the 6th condo i lived in and i must say its one the best. The management is very professional even though they are very hard to reach. The cleaners i see them taking pride in their job,always smiling and the concierge is always ready to help .its always very well maintained and clean..The building is quite luxurious once inside, Amenities are excellent , patio is amazing in the summer and i always make use of the BBQ. Gym is kept up to date with all new equipment.
The only drawback are the elevators. Too much noise while they operate. Overall great building in an convenient location
