There were plenty of drywall issues that needed to get fixed and they took care of them all. I would honestly say they are the best not only for making our basement look great but for being honest with us and giving us so much suggestions for the renovations that we wanna do on our house soon.

The pricing for the whole project was better than the other competitors. What's better is that the job they have done was outstanding! Very diligent and detailed. Thanks to their awesome painters, the house looks brand new again! We are very happy and satisfied with the outcome and would recommend them to others!

I had everything prepared for the job and then called Modern Solutions for their service. I have heard about them from a friend and did a bit of research about them beforehand. Among the rest, this is by far has good affordable price and I also like the customer service. Their painters were prompt for work and got everything ready. They were efficient and meticulous, which is good. I already had a color in mind and was amazed at the result of their work. It was exactly what was I have been picturing in my head. It was spot on! I am impressed with the result and give them a 5 star for that!

To be honest, I didn't know any painting services and this is actually my first time hiring one. I had to ask friends and they led me to this one. Well, one thing's for sure, I am thankful that I have found this service to be great! Also, I like the result of their work. Clean, meticulous and professional painters. Highly recommend!
