We chose Quality Roofing to replace our shingles roof this fall and we are very happy with our choice. We had canvassed quotes from almost 15 contractors all very highly rated on HomeStars and Aryan was one of the most responsive in replying, getting to see our property, providing a very competitive quote with all the same features of other fellow highly regarded contractors. It took about 2-3 weeks for his availability and when we booked him, that was consistent with what he said at the outset. When the job started he walked me through a couple issues discovered after peeling off layers of the roof (cedar presence, wood damage, etc.) and we worked out the solution given my priorities: proper weather seal, then cosmetics, then cost. In the end, his people were courteous and his invoice in the end was straight-forward and as-expected from our talks at the time of booking him. His crew took 2 days to finish the job and while some would say it could have taken 1 day for others, I'm happy that the crew took their time and looked like they were very thorough and diligent, from not rushing the removal of old shingles to securing the new shingles to the clean-up. The cosmetics of the job also are very good as we're getting lots of compliments and inquiries from neighbours. Thanks Aryan

We hired Quality Roofing Service to replace both our flat and shingle roof. The price was right, they removed all the old layers, installed the new roof, added an attic vent and eavestroughs.
