Pretty cool having a place that knows athletes injuries and goes about fixing them in no time. It's also hugely beneficial that the practitioners are athletes as well.

Katie at Reforge is fantastic.

I've gone into appointments with pain in my neck, shoulders or back and walked out completely pain free. To me its like magic, but I know it's because Katie is a very educated and skilled athletic therapist.

At other times I've gone in for mobility or other concerns and Katie has worked on different area, then shown me different exercises and emailed me the instructions as a reminder so I can work on them myself.

I can't speak highly enough of Katie at Reforge. Everyone should go see her.
