I go into the store three or four times a year to purchase clothing. There's a reasonable selection of plus-size at the back of the store the staff is friendly and willing to hold a change room while you go and get more stuff if you ask. They're often deals on and it's worth signing up for the Club semi-regularly sends me coupons for the for $25 off. The staff is far more enthusiastic than I expected at a chain retail location and they're comfy chairs for the hubby.
