The Westin Toronto Airport

I want to specifically thank Cynthia who checked me and my partner into the hotel. She was warm, kind and extremely welcoming to the city of Toronto. Once she was aware that we were celebrating an anniversary, she did what she could to make our stay special. She even extended herself and found us the perfect rooftop restaurant.

My family stayed here for one night due to a horrendous experience with AirCanada. We were given a voucher for rooms and food. The hotel is conveniently located within 10 minutes of a airport, making it a perfect place for those needing a hotel close to the airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the hotel and airport, which was great! We arrived late from the airport and grabbed a quick bite to eat at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good and the staff was very friendly. The front desk staff were also very nice and helpful during check-in and check-out. The hotel itself is nice. We didn't get to explore many of the amenities but the common areas, in particular the lobby, were clean and modern. As for the rooms, they were perfect for a place to sleep but there are clear signs of wear and tear along with lack of maintenance. There were parts of the ceiling that were peeling, areas of the rug that were damaged or dirty, a radiator by the window with a damaged cover, and a few other noticeable things. The beds were comfortable and it did the trick for a family of very tired travelers. Overall, I think this hotel is perfect for those traveling who need a hotel for a night or two.
