New equipment made the dreaded freezing virtually painless and worked very quickly. Was done and out in under an hour with advice about 'what happens if' etc. A friendly and talented group of people and it's actually a pleasure to go there.

I was nervous before the procedure but the staff and doctor at West Metro made me at ease and the whole procedure went smoothly without pain. There was no need for my anxiety I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for looking after me.
