I signed up for an anger management course for my own personal reason.

This was the best class i could have taken. All the teachers are well spoken, very genuine, well informed, very caring for each student.
I left feeling hope, being well equipped, having well written notes for my future review which was done by A1 Counselling. In addition, the teachers took time to answer everyones questions and made everyone feel loved, encouraged and that each question was valuable.
Each teacher contributed an educated answer from their viewpoint and the class was fun, there was also much laughter and an atmosphere where each student even built a bond with each other and was open to share their own personal stories.
Honestly i will recommend this day course for everyone. I am certain their other classes are done with the same excellence.
Whether you are like me and desire to understand human interactions and how to relate in a respectable way to other human beings; or you are struggling to control yourself in tough and challenging situations.
I recommend A1 Counselling.
