Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews, my experience was very pleasant. I ordered 2 fully customized sofas.. one of which is a sectional, and I got to be involved each step of the way.. the owner - I believe his name is ‘Abhi’ Or ‘Abby’ gave me a ton of coloured fabric patches to choose from, showed me different models.. and was very patient.. (I’m super indecisive lol). I was told that usually customized furniture would only take 2-3 weeks but bc of Covid it would take longer (I agreed).. so after 1.5 months I finally got my sofas today and they are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! I’ll see if I can post some photos, but honestly, for a small time furniture shop- I’m super happy with the quality and outcome! I’ll def be ordering from them in the future.

I also noticed a lot of the other reviews mentioned bad delivery service, I agree.. I guess it’s a hit or miss, I realize that these furniture companies just outsource the deliveries (bad experience even with a reputable company-Structube) so I’m not gonna blame the company itself but I’ve contacted Aeon to let them know.

Still, the sofas were worth it!!

Bought multiple furniture here always a delight the shipping is reasonable and I got exactly what I asked for.

I would give them more stars but the only problem I had with them was that I had to help the mover bring my couch set in to my apartment and I ended up mashing up my fingers in the process of helping and I'm a female at that. Now on the other hand what I got was reasonable but if I was to perches anything from them again and I have to help the helper they have to deduct some money off because i have to help that should be my helping cost straight up....

I recently purchased both a sectional and mattress here and I have nothing but good things to say. I haven't slept this good in years! I was helped at the store by Abhi who was very welcoming and knowledgeable and made this a very pleasant shopping experience for me. I will tell anyone who asks about my super comfy couch to shop at your store, thank you!
