  I am not one to write a review but I feel I have to share my experience of the outstanding service I received from the store Manager, Frank Mikalian at Alexanian Carpet. From the initial meeting, Frank was professional, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond of his job requirements to make sure I was happy. I have dealt with many contractors before and this was the first time I was pleasantly surprised of the whole experience. His team of installers were great, they started and finished on schedule, didn't take breaks and helped me out when I asked for help. The installation of the hardwood was perfect. I can't say enough about how happy I was with the whole experience.

  Just purchased carpet, shutters, sun shades and flooring from Frank. His team of installers are first class and Frank is very knowledgeable and was a big help in making decisions on what products were best for me. Highly recommend Frank and his team if you are updating your home. Anne Shaw-Clancy

  We recently purchased laminate flooring for our home. The manager Frank was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. He went above and beyond to take care of our needs. Thank you Frank for your professional help! I will extremely recommend this store!

  We recently purchased carpet from the Dufferin store for our upstairs bedrooms. Frank was extremely helpful. As I was unable to go to the store, he brought a number of samples to choose from and assisted us in selecting the one that suited our purpose. In addition, the installers were pleasant, efficient and worked quickly. We will use them again.

  We recently made a purchase from the Alexanian Carpet & Flooring (Dufferin) location, we found the experience absolutely amazing. Frank was great at providing us with various options, my husband and I found him very professional and knowledgeable on the various product. He was patient as we went back and forth...so many options, and of course we wanted to make the right decision. We had a issue with the original order, and although it was not the fault of the store, Frank took personal responsibility to ensure that the issue was resolved. I was AMAZED at his exceptional customer service.....he is professional and I would absolutely recommend Alexanian to family and friends. Most importantly we absolutely LOVE our purchase. Thank you Frank and Alexanian.
