We worked with Ray (the new owner) in April-May 2020 to get new motorized roller blinds for our 3 main floor windows. Ray and the staff were super-accomodating and helped us choose an amazing fabric from Louvolite (a UK manufacturer) -- we had a particular style in mind and wanted an 80" wide blind for one of the windows, which put a bunch of constraints on which fabrics would work. He was patient and helped us choose -- first by phone, and then with a visit to the showroom.

The crew came and installed it at our house in a professional way, left everything clean, and the blinds look amazing and work perfectly. We'll be using Casafina again when we redo the basement this winter and eventually for our upstairs.

Oh, and they were really good about Covid safety -- only one family in the showroom at a time for appointments, everyone wearing masks, etc.

Their showroom is a little bit far from downtown Toronto but it was worth the drive.

Would definitely recommend these guys.

I can only say great things about the quality of the product and the customer service. The blinds are unique, beautiful, and glide seamlessly. The installation is also very quick and easy, which makes taking them off when needed an easy task. I will gladly recommend Casafina to friends and family.
