Usually customer service isn't much of a deal for me for bubble tea stores (order, get your drink, and leave) but these guys are awesome. Some of the drinks are good too like the Assam and Macha milk tea.

I'm usually not loyal for bubble tea stores but I'll come here every time now (with all my friends!) if I'm in the relative area. -

(November 10, 2019, 6:33 pm)Bubble tea is delicious and tastes fresh. Sugar ratio is perfect. Only concern is preferential - jelly isn't cut, it's more like little blobs in your cup. IMO prism-cut jelly is more satisfying, but give it a shot! You might like it. Price is fair as you're paying for freshness.

Lemon-based flavours are a must. Super refreshing! Do recommend.
