Also great response from the operators on the customer support line. They really put my mind at ease the first time I used this machine... It was one of my first times using a Bitcoin ATM, and the customer support line was very helpful. They explained how the whole process works. They also recommended that I use a mobile wallet for my next transaction versus the paper wallet that I initially used because it's easier to see what your balance is instantly.
I continue using this machine with no issues!
