Finch West Medical Clinic

I have always had a great experience with the professional medical advice and care from Dr. Fanipour. He is a good person and a good doctor. But, unfortunately the secretaries at the front desk are so rude, unattentive and they never the phone when trying to call. I have tried to call many times while the office is open and they never answer. I leave detailed messages and get responses back 4 hours later. When the secretaries answer the phone they just bounce you around with appointments 2-3 weeks later. I have noticed that these secretaries will have favouritism with their friends and book them right away, while everyone is pushed back.

Staff are kind, patient and knowledgeable. Clinic is designed very nice. I highly recommend this location.
