Love the cloths. I was at the Yorkdale location. Customer service could be improved with helping to find items. Telling me they have something over there is not customer service. Take me there & show it to me or if I'm in a changing room, bring it to me. 2 lost stars because of the poor customer service which should be the staff's top priority

I went to exchange something I got on line , they were extremely helpful and friendly, everyone was making sure I got what I wanted and very attentive ... great customer service !

My wife loves this place. Great place to find a nice dress for an event.

Went here to shop with my wife and she found a dress she really like. She tries it on but the zipper would not zip up. Staff explained that because it's a new dress they have had this problem in the past where they have to keep playing with the zipper and zipping it up and down until it actually works. For the record my wife is very fit so it wasn't an issue with size rather and issue with the product. She ended up trying another dress and had the same problem. I suggest they fix this problem because we were about to buy the dress.
