Had my transmission worked on about a year ago. Shaun at the O'Connor location is very pleasant to deal with. Very detailed about the work that needed to be done and never strayed away from the quoted price. Luckily when my transmission died on me I was just around the corner from my house. They got my car towed over in less than an hour.

I recently also got to deal with Brian who works out of a Brampton location but also makes his way around to other Mister Transmission shops. I had some trouble with my engine mounts and Brian and the team went out of their way to address those issues in what worked out to less than a business day. He was nice enough to drop me off at home and even pick me up later that day so that they could supply me with a loaner vehicle as I was in a bind and needed transportation for later that night. Since my car had to stay with them overnight they helped me out big time!

I would definitely recommend them!
