(January 26, 2020, 2:23 pm)I have completed the Reiki I class at OM Toronto. Larissa seems like a very sweet person, but, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this class. This is not a pure Reiki class, a lot of time is spent discussing another system (Dr. John Demartini) that has nothing to do with Reiki. A lot of informal chit chat and no real structure to the class. Very little material related to Reiki was presented and when it was time for the first hands-on treatment exercise with a partner, we were left to look at the pictures from printed material and try to replicate. Not all massage tables are in the same room, so, if you are assigned to a remote room, you only get instructions if you have a question. I hope that this feedback will be used to improve the class.

There are some amazing events that take place at Om Toronto all designed and put together to build community and personal growth.
