The best samosas i have had in the city. Thin and crispy outer layer - not thick and doughy like others. And the owner is super sweet! Can take a little while but that is because everything is made fresh to order! The best

Every dish hit the spot. Not like any other Indian places, food here is not greasy, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. Could tell fish was fresh (not frozen), fresh coconut milk, and the spices were pleasantly hitting the taste buds, with not much sugar and salt (again, other places rely on too much sugar and salt for the taste). We had plenty of roti dishes and rice, but looking forward to go back and try other dishes in the menu! Please pass thanks to the chef. Prob the best Indian gem in Toronto (and we’ve lived and visited many countries including India) and defo set the bar high.

What puts my impression of this little secret is the owner coming out to meeting us and passionately insisting we call him - if anything was not to our liking, he would make it right. Tasty! Even better the next day when all the flavours have simmered together. We tried the curry lamb Roti, another lamb Roti, and an appetizer (label in photos). The mango lassi drink was delicious. Thank you.
