The Cheesecake Factory

We (4 people) had great service and all enjoyed our food. My White Chicken Chili from the skinny menu was just the right portion size for lunch. I asked for brown rice instead of white which was no problem and the whole dish was very tasty, although it might be a bit too spicy for some people. The only reason I gave TCF 4 stars was because of the pricing on the beverages. I ordered hot tea which consists of one tea bag and hot water.(basic tea, not fancy or herbal) It was the same price as the bottomless lemonade that my companions had.... They all had 3 refills. The dessert was fabulous.

Had the pleasure of having lunch here. I chose to sit at the bar, which had seats available. This restaurant is super busy if you want a table.
The French County Salad was savoury, sweet and flavourful. I added grilled shrimp on the side.
The Well-Mannered Dirty Martini with blue cheese stuffed olives was the topper to my lunch. They certainly were not "cheap" with the alcohol.
You ask why 4 stars instead of 5? I was sitting at the end of the bar where the servers pickup drinks. Usually for me, not an issue. But, there were a few servers, that would come to pick up drinks and complain about other staff members. Yes, this happens in every work environment, however I would suggest staff be mindful in front of guests.

Great place to go for lunch. However, it gets VERY busy. Even week days in the summer you can expect a wait for lunch.

Good sized portions. Particularly the appetizer caeser salad which was big enough for 3 as an appetizer.

Huge selection of cheesecake and other desserts.

The quality was good but not exceptional.

Friendly and prompt service and wait staff.

Overall, a good place to get lunch or dinner if you've spent the day shopping and want something a bit more substantial or fancy then the good court (although the Yorkdale food court is actually quite a good food court).

The staff is amazing, helpful, smiley, attentive and fast. The cakes yummy. My dish looked good but chicken was burnt, and flipped so that I could not see that. I thought it was a bone then I realized what was done...my partner's dish looked, and he said, tasted wonderful. All in all, it was a nice experience.

Without a doubt 10/10! One of my favourite restaurants for sure. Both times I've been there customer service has be AMAZING! The food is so good, and I love that they have so many options. Their portions are big, so even though their dishes are a little bit pricey, it's worth it for how much and how good it is. They are definitely busy, but they normally overestimate their wait time which I like because I'm always happy both times they been able to take me earlier than expected. Can't wait to go again soon!
