We absolutely loved the basket!! The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because we tried to contact and no one responded to us!! We wanted to change something but they say they don’t reply until 24-72 hrs late. It made us worry about if the basket was going to come! Besides that, we loved the basket! My mom, who the basket was for loved the healthy options!! Would recommend

Ordered a gift basket for my family and I was pleasantly surprised to find it arrived in less than 24 hrs from ordering! There were 3 substitutions but it was for same quality products or nicer. Very happy with the experience! Was a bit worried as I read reviews after placing my order as the website is lovely and I am glad to say it was perfect. Thank you! Will send baskets with you guys again 😊

I sent a bottle of wine and truffle to my coworker for his birthday. The arrangement was very nice and affordable. Everything was packed nicely and delivered on time. I chose to have the delivery on the same day which was incredibly convenient. The tracking system was also great, it was like tracking my uber.

The only thing that I think could have been better is if I got to see the package all packed up before it was sent to be delivered. I only saw pictures of it from my coworker, but would have loved to see how they packed it and sent it. Also the package came with a set of wine opening tools, the win bottle was glued onto that box, which my coworker didn't particularly enjoy because the box was really nice. Other than that, it was a great service.

Cake not the same as pictured while ordering. I ordered seeing the icing decoration but they sent a very basic one without any. Left order note to specifically deliver after 5pm but they delivered around 3pm. Luckily the cake recipient was in house in time to collect. Despite all these the recipient liked the taste and the dispatch time was very good considering I ordered pretty late in the night for next day delivery. Can do a better job.
