Last week I went to Balsam Dental for the second time. Lovey ladies at the front desk to greet their patients and handle their appointment or any other inquiries.

I had an appointment for the extraction with dr. Grace yoo. it was a pretty hard procedure but the doctor made it very comfortable for me. Thank you so much for your gentle care. It was a painless procedure.

I'm very thankful to dr. Grace and her team.

Also my two kids had an appointment with hygienist Amber. She handled them very nicely. Kids were very happy as well. Many many thanks for your patience to handle my kids.

Thank you so much Balsam Dental team for your amazing work. ?

I wanted to say a big thank you to the amazing dentist, Dr.Elizabeth Macchioni, who took care of my 5yo during his recent check up and filling.

Finding out he needed a filling was a bit of a shock for both him and me; his elder brother hasn't needed them yet and we are all fastidious with brushing for the kids. But the dentist was calm and reassuring from the start.

Returning for the treatment itself, I did my best to explain in advance what would happen, but I needn't have worried. Dr E was absolutely kind. She had a wonderful story about fairies and magic to make her thorough and clear explanations as non-threatening as possible. She showed him all the tools she'd use (with some clever sleight of hand to hide the scariest ones) and talked him through the procedure both before and during. She really gave him the best possible experience. I can't praise her highly enough! Can I have fairies to numb my teeth next time I need a filling, please?

Been getting my dental work done there since I was little. Never had a problem with it. Felt safe returning during COVID, as the dentists all had plenty of protective gear.

I'm comfortable after going there since 1982. Even tho I can't remember any staff from one appointment to the next. except the wonderful reception staff.

I've been a nervous patient for most of my life but Balsam Dental is the most relaxing office I've ever visited. The lovely heritage home and fireplace in the waiting room make it a homey experience. I've been with several of their dentists over the years and all have been very good. Sarah, the hygienist is the best! And Teresa at the front desk provides a warm welcome. I actually look forward to visiting the dentist now ?.
