Good service, responsive to lots of questions, I was apprehensive being new to the hood and having to do a no contact drop off my of very expensive pc when its SSD died. Would be 5 stars if he let me have the packaging or receipt from my ssd (he didnt, which was a bit off putting) but otherwise very good service, price and communication. Thanks David.

David has good reviews for a reason. He went above and beyond to fix my laptop and was extremely responsive. He's ethical and charged me very fairly.

They were fast and efficient. Replaced parts, ordered and provided a new charger and returned my laptop in less that 24 hours.

I had a computer crash last weekend and I was able to take my computer in on a Sunday and get it back within a week. The problem was found very quickly. Some other issues were found during stress testing and addressed as well.
It is wonderful to have such a good repair shop in the area.

Have to admit, when I walked in, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I can't argue with the results. I got my laptop back better than it's been working in a year in under 2 days, and a day of that was getting a part. Top notch service, and Dave is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend to anyone needing laptop repairs.
