Delicate, flaky crust that hasn't had all of its butter/shortening/lard pooled in the bottom.
The consistency of the shell is perfect.
Delicately flavoured custard, not too sweet
Warm it up a little and be transported to Portugal via Brazil. -

(August 25, 2019, 9:38 pm)A great local bakery. They have a good selection of baked goodies, some baked in-house and some brought from other famous toronto bakeries. Moreover, they serve coffee and other warm drinks. They open on August 24, 2019. Overall, I recommend this bakery.
