Excellent experience! I rented a bike case for the first time and it was suggested by Efrain to do a packing introduction. I gladly took him up on it and thank goodness that I did. There is a couple must do’s involved with packing your precious cargo so be sure to go through the instructions with him beforehand. The bike box was easy to carry through the airport and luckily no unexpected surprises when opening the box after my flight either. Highly recommend Efrain and his top notch service, he really cares about what he does and he will ensure you come back for all your bike case rental needs! I've rented a bike rack from Efrain last summer and I have to say, it was an amazing experience, the equipment was brand new, Efrain took the time to show me how to set it up and use it safely. Way better than buying a bulky annoying piece of equipment that would spend 98% of the time in storage. GREAT SERVICE!
