I went to pick up the dress that was placed on hold at the Bloor Street store, however someone in the store had sold it. Mark locate the same dress in the size I needed, and then personally delivered it to me. I met him half way as I do not live in the city! He should be recognized for outstanding service!!!! I love COS clothing and will be back to purchase more any time I am in the City again!
