Your studio is really pleasant, there is a good atmosphere and vibe. We can find everything we need to practice Yoga. Great teachers.

Amazing place, I did the teacher training with them and it was a really nice experience, the classes are flexible and they teach you depending on what type of knowledge you are looking for which makes it different for everyone after finishing they give the opportunity to teach in the studio so you can get your first experience.
    Highly recommend it!

I first tried yoga well over 10 years ago but I never got "into" it. I've been practicing here for two months and finally i have found my groove and intend to make yoga a regular part of my life now. In comparison with previous yoga experiences the key differences with Gyan and others are... 1) The instructors don't incessantly chatter. Any instruction they give is brief and succinct. Finally, practicing in quiet and peace! 2) Their curriculum is focused on a fairly consistent set of poses and sequences, so through repetition there is an opportunity to improve mastery. 3) Focus on safety and good form, instead of who's back bends more or who twists deeper. One of their values is "non-competitive". Related to that, practice members are all friendly and often chat before/after class and at least smile at one another. In other yoga studios, you enter and you are met with a sea of cold faces sizing you up and checking you out. Thank you Gyan yoga.

    It’s an enjoyable environment!
Humble, and strong , elequent teaching, and wonderful encouragement.
If you would like to grow your practice, and nourish your body and mind, you have arrived.
It’s the best studio in town. The meat and potatoes of all yoga studios.
No frills but all the substance and foundation that is needed in yoga.
Fantastic classes, guided very well, and with direct clear momentum.
So grateful to have found such a city haven.
