Jessica our designer, was great! She is a true professional and wasn't pushy. She gave us several options and was very knowledgeable about products, design and colour coordination. She came to our home with samples and was very patient with my husband and I as we decided on colours and fabrics for our living room and dining room. I hope we can work with her again and strongly recommend her and Ethan Allen products.

I've only just ordered some furniture so I cannot yet speak to the product. But the service I received from Carrie was stellar. She had no qualms about moving furniture around the store for me to compare with other products or move into a better light to assess colour. Carrie is a true professional -- solid knowledge, eager to please without being pushy, and an easy friendly manner. If the furniture compares to the service, we're in for a treat. Thanks Carrie.

I bought two chairs from Ethan Allen and Jessica helped me with my purchase. Although Ethan Allen’s products are lovely, it was Jessica’s customer service that impressed me the most. I have never been treated by a sales person like Jessica did. She answered every question I had expertly, she helped me choose the right style and fabric and most important she reassured me when I started to doubt my choices. She made me feel so relaxed and so important as if I was the only customer she had. She truly is an asset to Ethan Allen.

Jessica helped us redesign our living room and master bedroom; including window treatments, bedding, furnitures, carpet, lighting and decor.

It is never easy to embark on such a journey; Jessica really helped me make the process easier by guiding us through choices of colour scheme and design style. She tailored her design to the needs of our family and provided multiple options. She helped us build a vision for our house and even took the time to include our kids in the process, making design consultation fun for all!
