She sends detailed emails with exercises so I never forget my program and she works hard to incorporate rehab realistically into regular exercise and daily life. This is my first experience with pelvic floor physio and I am SO happy I found Michiko - she prioritized educating me along the way so that I feel informed and can understand my body better. I have seen meaningful improvements that I know I can maintain. Her studio in liberty village is also SO chic, it makes me feel super comfortable and relaxed.
