High Park Handyman

High park handyman did some work on our basement. He suggested ideas that were both ascetically pleasing as well as within budget. He accommodated both our timeframe and our budget. We were very happy and would have no problem recommending to our friends and neighbours.

Ryan was a true professional. He not only saw our end vision he took the time to explain the process from the non glamorous early stages to the more tangible final ones.

I never had to wonder what going on during the basement renovation.

He also worked with us to make practical decisions that did not compromise our goals but did help with functionality and our pocketbook (is a pocketbook still a thing?). Either way, we were very happy with the whole process and I will also add that I rarely post comments like this but high park renovations has things you can’t buy; honesty, reliability and piece of mind.

Had SUCH a lovely experience in hiring Ryan.

He was able to come in very quickly, when my dishwasher died on me, to install the replacement. Even with running into some snags - my counter top was/is weirdly low, demanding some creative solutions - it was dong efficiently.

At the same time, Ryan installed a new sink to replace a leaky one. He made himself available before starting the job, to make sure the sink I ordered would fit in the space (I don't trust my abilities with a measuring tape!), and then installed it. My dad, also fairly handy, was blown away by the uniformity and precision of the new caulking - high praise!!

And through it all, Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. Couldn't recommend more!!
